Prescription order
for patients of the MVZ
If you are already a patient at our MVZ, you are welcome to order repeat prescriptions, prescriptions and referrals here. Please indicate this in the form below under "Prescription request".
We can only issue you a prescription if you have already received the corresponding preparation in our MVZ, i.e. if it is a repeat prescription and your insurance card has already been read by us in the current quarter. Please make sure you state the full name of the preparation, the strength and your telephone number in case we have any queries.
- Please always order your prescriptions well in advance so that we can process your request without delay and you do not have to wait when you collect them.
- Please note that collection is possible on the following working day at the earliest if you have sent us your prescription order by 12.00 noon. If you have placed the prescription order after 12.00 noon, collection is possible on the day after next.
- Prescriptions can be sent by post if addressed and stamped envelopes are available at the MVZ.
- We will process all orders as quickly as possible.
Ordering prescriptions by telephone
We are also happy to issue repeat prescriptions on request by telephone, provided your insurance card has already been scanned by us in the current quarter. Please state your name, date of birth and a telephone number for possible queries by e-mail or telephone (in person or on our answering machine).
You can reach us by telephone during our office hours:
- Monday - Friday from 8.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. and
- Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 1.30 p.m. to 3.00 p.m.
Outside office hours, you are welcome to leave a message with your enquiry and contact details on our answering machine - we will call you back as soon as possible.
